Hey everyone, my name is Pastor Chad Greaves and welcome to my website/blog Beacon Of Flavor!

Beacon Of Flavor is a media initiative that focuses on giving insights into the study of God’s Word, Evangelism, Discipleship, and overall Christian Growth and Development. This initiative focuses on producing content to help Believers develop into Stewards of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be the Salt and Light of the World, as commanded by Jesus Christ in the Gospel of Matthew 5:13-16. As believers and beacons of flavor, we have been tasked with spreading the Gospel to and the discipling of every person on Earth (see Matthew 28:18-20) and we must not take such a responsibility for granted.

The guiding scripture passage for this initiative is:

13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Becoming Salt and Light, Beacons of Flavor for Christ, would help us to become the Stewards of the mysteries of God – Stewards of the message of the Gospel of His Kingdom. This website therefore seeks to produce articles that dive into Scripture, as well as articles that highlights topics pertaining to Evangelism and Missions (the Great Commission), as well as Societal Insight and Lifestyle and Story pieces. It is all aimed at spreading the Gospel and developing the Body of Christ holistically.
